That's is basically, did a factory restore on a FUBAR'ed computer and everything's fine except the fact that the control panel is literally EMPTY.. and yes before I'm asked, I did try to stop and restart the "SLUI Notify" and "Software Licencing" Services = no go, still nothing, I also tried to disable the service "Superfetch"
Any solutions?
